  • Services that have already been provisioned, used, or violated our Terms of Service are not eligible.

  • SSL certificates or licensing fees.

  • Setup fees or one-time service charges.

  • Services suspended or terminated due to policy violations.

Process

  1. Submit a refund request through our support team with account and order details.

  2. Our billing department will review the request and determine eligibility.

  3. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Service Cancellations

  • Cancellation of hosting services must be requested through the client portal or by contacting support.

  • Refund eligibility may depend on whether the service was actively used or provisioned.
